Ms. Kim joined the RISPA team in 2019 as part of the Front Desk staff. She currently leads the Front Desk team in providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, instructors and guests. In addition to servicing the needs of RISPA Parents & Students, Kim assists the Louchieys with everything from day-to-day operations to special events such as shows & competitions to auditions & enrollments.
Prior to working for RISPA, Kim spent her career at Bank of America in management, marketing, training, recruiting/HR, and project roles. Shortly after her second child, Katy, was born she decided to be a stay-at-home Mom and loved every minute of it. She stayed active in the community and in the school system by serving in various leadership roles on the PTA boards for Cogburn Woods ES and Hopewell MS. For 12 years she was a RISPA Mom while her daughter, Katy, was a student here. Katy flourished at RISPA under the instruction of the Louchieys and her teachers. Because of their tutelage, she was inspired to pursue Musical Theatre in college and will now be getting her BFA degree in Musical Theatre from Indiana University.
